Colleges, universities, and private schools are on the front lines of fundraising automation.
And it makes sense why – because your data is more complex, your challenges are more acute and your donor database is constantly moving, shifting, and changing names.
Imagine a world where you could use automation to help you keep track of your donor information and keep it clean inside of Blackbaud CRM or Raiser’s Edge.
Join PSG experts Stacy Cope and Austen Brown as they share case studies on the amazing ways that colleges, universities, and schools are using automation to:
- Keep parent and child records up to date with automated graduation year updates
Ensure accurate alumni and family records by automatically updating graduation years. - Generate meaningful emails for major gift officers to send
help fundraisers connect with donors by automating the creation of personalized, heartfelt email messages. - Identify and segment donors for giving societies
Streamline donor recognition by automatically tagging supporters for exclusive giving societies and membership groups. - Integrate and clean data from third-party platforms
Maintain a reliable database by seamlessly importing and standardizing donor information from external sources. - Improve accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation
Reduce manual errors and save time by automating reconciliation and financial tracking processes.
