PSG Uses Your Personal Identifiable Information In The Following Processes

  • Email distribution of satisfaction surveys
  • Phone and/or email follow up to support tickets

PSG Uses Your Usage Information In The Following Ways

  • PSG may use information about your product and site usage to improve your experience on our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future enhancements based on insights.

We do not trace navigation usage information to individual users for the purposes of marketing or advertising.

PSG gives our prospects, customers and application users options wherever possible (i.e. accounts can’t be registered without an owner/user on the account) to opt out of receiving unnecessarily communications like newsletters, surveys and other non-fundamental product communications like notifications on errors, process completion, payment processing and other core functionality.

If you wish to be removed from optional communications, please contact support@prengersolutions.com or click on the opt-out link at the bottom of the communication.
