We partnered with the Diocese of Nashville to modernize their annual Bishop’s appeal. In addition to guiding the overall strategy and designing all print and digital pieces, PSG also provides hands-on, day-to-day management of the client’s Raiser’s Edge database.
This comprehensive solution helped the diocese take a major leap forward with their appeal. We added more than 6,000 active households and 10,000 emails to the diocesan database. Better data combined with a smart fundraising strategy allowed the diocese to add more than 400 recurring donors to their appeal this past year — worth more than $320,000 per year.

A modern approach to offertory enhancement
In partnership with the Archdiocese of Denver, we pioneered a new approach to offertory enhancement. First, we clean up a parish’s database, add emails and phone numbers, and dramatically increase the parish’s social media engagement. Then, we survey families to learn why they support the parish. Based on what we learn in our survey, we design a highly personalized approach that invites families to increase their support and move from paper checks to recurring, online giving. Our Lady of the Valley in Windsor, Colorado increased offertory by more than $385,000 in the 12 months following our program.
