That’s why PSG recently completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, reinforcing our ongoing prioritization of data security.
The independent examination, conducted by Advantage Partners, reviewed the controls, systems, and operational processes supporting Prenger Solutions Group’s customer services and the Catholic Social Media, AskGenius and AutomateGenius platforms.
For our clients, this represents something simple but important: commitment to protecting their digital resources.

SOC 2 examinations evaluate how organizations design and operate internal controls related to security and data protection, architecture and operational excellence. The process includes independent testing of policies, procedures, infrastructure, monitoring, access controls, and operational safeguards.
In real terms, it means PSG’s systems and processes were independently reviewed in light of widely recognized security standards and passed with flying colors.

We’re proud of the operational maturity this represents.”
The examination included review areas such as:
- Security controls
- Access management
- Risk assessment
- Monitoring and incident response
- Data protection processes
- Vendor management
- Infrastructure and operational safeguards
This review will continue on a rolling basis to ensure that PSG’s clients are receiving the highest quality of service in the area of digital security.
